1. What this site collects

When you submit a form — the CPA Advisor Program, book waitlist, guest or speaking applications, or the newsletter — this site saves the information you give: typically your name, email address, and anything you choose to write in the form. The site does not run advertising trackers.

2. How it is used

Form submissions are used to reply to you and, where you have asked, to send program details or the weekly newsletter digest. Email addresses on the newsletter list are used only for that digest; every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately.

3. Who can see it

Submissions are stored securely and are visible only to Jeremy Lederer and his authorized team. They are never sold or shared with third parties for marketing.

4. Your choices

You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time via the unsubscribe page. To review, correct, or delete anything you have submitted, reach Jeremy through the contact page and he will take care of it.

5. Professional confidentiality

Information shared with Jeremy in an engagement is handled under professional standards of confidentiality that go beyond this policy.
