THE ORIGIN STORY
April 2014, Colorado.
Jeremy found a client $100,000 in retroactive savings on a $200,000 tax bill. His managing partner's response:
"We're not getting paid for that."
Jeremy resigned the next day, then built a firm around the work the old model wouldn't pay for.
Why "zero"?
Zero is pure potential; it's what makes the books balance. It shows up across his life: zero tax liability through proper structure, zero friction in how clients are served, zero wasted capital.
Stewardship is the through-line. Jeremy treats this work as a calling to help entrepreneurs keep more of what they build and put it to better use.
