Jeremy Lederer is a CPA, founder of XIT CPA, author of The Zero Tax Strategy and host of The Zero Tax Show. A former professional golfer, he walked away from a traditional firm in 2014 after finding a client $100,000 in retroactive savings his managing partner refused to bill for — and built a firm around the advisory work the old model wouldn't pay for. Today he teaches CPAs how to move from preparing returns to advising on strategy, and helps entrepreneurs read the tax code as what it is: policy, not punishment.

Licensed since 2007 and a former professional golfer, Jeremy spent the first chapter of his career inside a traditional firm — until April 2014, when he found a client $100,000 in retroactive savings on a $200,000 tax bill and his managing partner answered, “We're not getting paid for that.” He resigned the next day and built XIT CPA around the work the old model wouldn't pay for: strategy, structure and implementation. His firm has since made the Inc. 5000 twice (2023, 2024), and he has been featured on American Entrepreneur with Kevin Harrington. Jeremy's brand line is “Zero tax is possible.
